Moehlman Receives 2017 S.J. Garner Student Excellence Award

EKU's PGA Golf Management program is pleased to announce that Ray Moehlman has been selected to receive the S.J. Garner Student Excellence Award for 2016-17. Ray is a senior Marketing, PGA Professional Golf Management major from Erlanger, Ky. He received the award at the PGA Golf Management spring awards reception in April.

North Team Brings Home 4th Annual Kincer Cup

The final event of the 2016-2017 Eastern Kentucky University PGA Golf Management tournament schedule, the Kincer Cup, ended the year with an incredible finish. For the third consecutive year, the North Team brought home the annual Kincer Cup prize. However, this year it was due to a victory in 2016.

Hundreds of global supply chain professionals gathered EKU's Center for the Arts for the Hitachi Automotive Supply Chain Conference on Tuesday, April 25. Supported by EKU's Global Supply Chain Management (SCM) program, the event brought together industry experts and suppliers from multiple countries. EKU SCM students helped with event coordination and attended various sessions.

When Eastern Kentucky University junior Lucy Burkhart entered the Patterson Scholar program, a scholarship offered by the Department of Management, Marketing, and International Business (MMIB) that gives $2,000 annually to high-achieving business students, she expected to grow into a focused student and capable businesswoman.

Tyler Eades to Present at International SAM Conference

Tyler Eades, senior Management Accounting major from Shelbyville, is preparing for the national stage. His abstract, "Putting Business Analysis in Perspective: Application of a Strategic Analysis Framework on Tesla's Strategic Options", has been selected for this year's SAM International Business Conference.
