EKU Management Professor Teaches in Germany, Presents Work in Ireland

Dr. Allen D. Engle, Sr., professor of management in the School of Business at Eastern Kentucky University, returned recently from teaching a three-week course on human resource management in Berlin, Germany to a class of 53 students in the Master's in European Business Program at the Ecole Superior de Commerce a Paris (ESCP-Europe).

Leadership Excellence for Middle Managers

The Leadership Excellence for Middle Managers program was created in 2007, and total of 87 managers have completed the course, representing 11 companies and seven units within EKU. Dr. Mike Roberson serves as the Academic Coordinator and Lead Instructor for the program, and Dr.

Wiedmar Selected for 2012 S.J. Garner Student Excellence Award

EKU's PGA Golf Management program is pleased to announce that Katie Wiedmar has been selected as recipient of the S.J. Garner Student Excellence Award for 2011-2012. Weidmar is a senior Marketing, PGA Golf Management Option major from Louisville, Ky. She received the award at the PGA Golf Management spring awards banquet in April.
