Scholar Athlete: Devin Borders

Marketing major Devin Borders a member of the Eastern Kentucky University football team was named the Ohio Valley Conference Football Freshman of the Year.

Earlier in the season, The Sports Network announced that Borders made the initial cut for the 2013 Rice Award.  Borders is a redshirt freshman at EKU and is a native of Fort Walton Beach, Fl.
