Leadership Excellence for Middle Managers

The Leadership Excellence for Middle Managers program was created in 2007, and total of 87 managers have completed the course, representing 11 companies and seven units within EKU.  Dr. Mike Roberson serves as the Academic Coordinator and Lead Instructor for the program, and Dr. Marcel Robles also serves as an instructor.  In June 2012 a workshop, reunion, and plant tour for Leadership alumni was held at the NACCO plant in Berea, KY – the plant named earlier this year as the top manufacturing plant in North America.
